Chase Farms has a family friendly environment and offers lessons for all ages, starting at two years old and up! Whether you are interested in showing and competing or just interested in enhancing your skills as an equestrian- Chase Farms has a program to fit you!
We offer Tiny Tot lessons, Mommy & Me lessons, Private, Semi-Private and Group lessons. In addition, we offer Summer Camps, Holiday Camps, Birthday Parties and Adult Group lessons.
Chase Farms boasts one of the largest and most successful lesson programs in the area as well as a great and competitive Academy and Show team!
Our team of trained instructors will accommodate the goals of all riders and tailor a program to fit those goals.
Chase Farms is located at 146 Federal Hill Rd, Hollis, NH on 31 picturesque acres. Our farm offers the largest private indoor arena in the region as well as heated and air conditioned areas, Wi-Fi, a kids locker room and several tack rooms.
Our Services
Riding Lessons
We are a horseback riding academy that teaches saddleseat and hunt seat riding. Riders of all ages and levels of ability are welcome! Advanced to beginner riders will be paired with the appropriate horse and riding instructor. Our 28 lessons horses, as well as seven riding instructors, all work together to help you reach your goals! Riding lessons are sold and booked on a monthly tuition based program. This allows riders to have the same time slot weekly with the same riding instructor. With a very organized scheduling system, all lessons run on time with instructors that are always excited to teach!

Birthday Parties
Having your birthday party at Chase Farms is an exciting new way to celebrate the coming of a new year! Don’t get stuck doing the same old party everyone else is doing, show your guests a great time with a thrilling new way to celebrate! Girls and boys of all ages will enjoy the opportunity to meet our team of lesson horses and spend an afternoon with them in the indoor or outdoor arena by participating in pony rides! All of our experienced staff love children and have ample experience with new riders.

Pony Party: $475.00
This is the most popular party option at Chase Farms and is suitable for ages 3 and up. This party will include grooming demonstrations and the chance for each child to groom a horse or pony, the chance to feed a horse a treat, as well as a pony ride for each child. If your child is a current rider at Chase Farms, they will have the chance to do a demonstration to show off their riding skills to friends and family. Parties are limited to 10 children; each additional child will be an extra $10.00. A spacious heated/air conditioned lounge is available for you to decorate and celebrate in for this special day.
**Other birthday party options are available for advanced riders, current Chase Farms clients, teenagers and adults upon request**
Camps
We offer horseback riding camps all year round for children of all ages and ability levels. Campers will ride horses and ponies, make new friends and have fun! Campers are matched up with one of the farm’s school horses or ponies and learn to care for their equine partner while getting to know other “horse-loving” kids. The riding portion of camp is carefully tailored to each camper’s riding ability in a group setting. All beginners start safely on a lead line with an experienced counselor. Campers will learn horse anatomy and horse care, enjoy lunch and snacks, watch demonstrations and create equine-inspired crafts. Please contact us for camp dates and prices.

*Not all of the listed activities are done at every camp. Each camp is formatted daily and parents will be provided with a schedule prior to the camp day.
Meet the Staff
Colleen Fitzpatrick
Colleen is the owner and head trainer of Chase Farms starting this family run business back in 2009. With over 30 years of experience in the equestrian business, Colleen attended college, studying business management and Equine science, followed by years of working for knowledgeable, experienced horse trainers in several states across the country. Successfully competing, as well as taking her own riders and horses to some of the top horse shows in the country, Colleen and her staff have built one of the largest and most successful riding programs in New England. With everything she has accomplished in her career, Colleen is the most proud and thankful for the team she has and their ability to change and improve childrens lives with horses!
Lisa Palker
As a Chase Farms riding instructor and assistant horse trainer, horse back riding has been a life long passion of Lisa’s.
She started with Chase Farms as a horse show mom and horse owner which quickly turned into a shared love and sport between her and her daughter Abbie. After years of supporting her daughter and showing herself, Lisa decided horses would become a bigger part of her life.
As mom of six, Lisa is the perfect match for teaching mommy and me, tiny tots and siblings to ride together or alone. She brings knowledge to her lessons from a horse show moms perspective which is hard to find in riding programs today. Lisa also excels in preparing riders to move from privates lessons to small group lessons while providing confidence and assisting her riders to achieve their goals.
